MenHealth gives health systems an FDA-cleared, at-home urology diagnostics and care-routing platform that moves diagnosis upstream into primary care and protects scarce specialist capacity.

Problem & solution

Urinary complaints start in primary care, but objective diagnostic data and urology capacity sit downstream — so PCPs refer blindly and specialists are overloaded with low-information cases. MenHealth's FDA-cleared at-home uroflowmetry app captures objective, longitudinal urinary data, stratifies risk, and routes only patients who truly need urology — reducing unnecessary referrals and travel while giving specialists better-documented, intervention-ready cases.

Primary customers & users

Buyers: health system service-line and innovation leaders, CMOs, payers, and PCP/urology network administrators. Users: primary care physicians, urologists, care managers, and patients — including rural, FQHC, and underserved populations with historically limited access to specialty urology.

Differentiation

Unlike single-visit office uroflowmetry or generic RPM tools, MenHealth is FDA-cleared, hardware-free, and purpose-built for urology — capturing repeated real-world flow data (not one snapshot), with built-in risk stratification, reimbursement-mapped CPT workflows, and dashboards for PCPs and urologists, backed by 4 issued U.S. patents.

Current traction

FDA 510(k) Class II cleared, 4 patents, HIPAA compliant, DME registered. Deployed at urology clinics, military, and university hospitals in the U.S. and internationally; ProVerum uses our app to capture data for their BPH device clinical trial. Received a fee-for-service contract offer from Partnership HealthPlan of California; discussing a better-fit pilot instead. Advancing pilots with Aetna (Virginia), AXA Health (UK), and Clalit (Israel).
